ROSIER Score
ROSIER stands for Recognition of Stroke in the Emergency Room. It's a useful tool for medical professionals in the ER. The Royal College of Physicians recommends it.
ROSIER Score Assessment Scoring §  Loss of
  consciousness, or syncope -1 §  Seizure activity -1 New,
  acute onset of   ·       
  Asymmetric
  facial weakness +1 ·       
  Asymmetric
  arm weakness +1 ·       
  Asymmetric
  leg weakness +1 ·       
  Speech
  disturbance +1 ·       
  Visual
  field defect +1 Stroke is likely if the score is > 0 Special
  note:
