B. Malignancy:

  • Primary or secondary bronchial carcinoma 

C. Granulomatous disease :

  • Sarcoidosis 
  • Histiocytosis X 

D. Vasculitides: 

  • Polyarteritis nodosa 
  • Wegener's granulomatosis 
  • SLE 

E. Neuroectodermal syndrome: 

  • Neurofibromatosis 
  • Tuberose sclerosis 

F. Sickle cell syndrome
